Last week we held our 4th bi-annual convention, the International LIVE Gaming Conference. It was terrific!
We have the most number of delegates in attendance ever.
The event was a huge success all round.
Here's a few of my highlights:
* our clients are fantastic! To hear the case studies and see the way our battlefield entrepreneurs have used our gear to help build their battlefield business is amazing. The best part of these conferences is being able to meet and talk with people from around the world, face-to-face. We had delegates from Belarus, Belgium, Canada, England, France, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Latvia, Poland, Scotland, USA, Wales, Netherlands and Spain.
* London put on a show, weather-wise. Yep, the hottest April in 100 years! I dunno is it was the royal wedding and just the combined energy of the British wishing it to be a beautiful day or what, but it worked!
* The latest SATR features were a huge hit. Pete went through the latest innovations of our digital technology and people loved them.
* The battlefield business community is growing. What with our new www.BattlefieldLIVE.com web portal launch and the real excitement to work together, across counties, even across countries. It is great.
* You get back what you put in. Over the last couple of years (since our last conference) we've worked like buggery to deliver improvements and even more innovations to our clients. And I was really happy with the feedback and genuine readiness to help one-another.
I'd also like to personally thank Paul and his team for organising the event. Dave, Shaun, Phil, and Stu were super organized. And the night fighting mission run by WO2 Lee Belcher, who is responsible for training UK Air Assault Squadron, was a real highlight.
If you missed out on this conference you will certainly want to enlist for the next!
